When you upload or submit photographs to our website to create a collage, you retain the copyright to your personal images. However, by uploading them, you warrant that you own or have the legal right to use those images and that they do not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights. Framed Gifts UK accepts no liability for any copyright breaches committed by users.

3. Our Products
We specialise in personalised photo collages and gifts. Each item is custom-made based on the images and layouts provided by you through our online builder. Please ensure you are happy with your preview before finalising your order.

4. Orders and Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Once your order is placed, production will begin. Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout to avoid delays.

5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are outlined on our Delivery Information page. Shipping times depend on our courier partners (Royal Mail and Evri).

6. Returns and Cancellations
