 Designing your collage will always be better if you work from a pc /laptop or tablet rather than your mobile device. You will be able to see more clearly and navigate around our site more easily. We also recommend that the browser Google Chrome works best.

Once you have designed your collage click on the add to cart tab, the print preview will appear, this will also be your proof. So please check all photo's are correctly placed (no heads cut off)  and all spellings and words that you require are  spelt correctly & are added.  Here you can zoom in  (scroll in with your mouse on a pc or use your fingers to expand on a phone or tablet) & check the positions of your images. If your happy with your design click on the OK tab, if not click on the CANCEL tab (this will take you back to your design). Clicking on the OK tab will finalise your design & take you to your shopping cart. Here you will get another chance to edit or remove your design.
Please click on the save button once you have made any amendments or the new amendments you have made will not be saved.

 Please check all photo's are correctly placed (no heads cut off)  and all spellings and words that you require are spelt correctly & are added. We cannot add or takeaway words. 
All images that you upload into our collage templates are as you see them on your screen, but please remember they will appear brighter on your screen as there is light behind if your photo seem fuzzy, pixelated dark or light, then this is what they will look like on the print.

The better the photo the better the end result!


Once you have placed & paid for your order it will automatically go into our print queue so if you do notice any mistakes in your artwork ie spelling mistake in word art, then please contact us straight away, preferably within one hour of making your order.

Please contact us straight away by email stating your order number and name. And we will get back to you. As long as it hasn't been printed we will do our utmost to let you amend your artwork but if it is over the one hour period, we regret, we will not be able to amend your order.

Haven't Received Your Order Confirmation?

Once you have placed your order an automated confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided us with at the time of ordering. You will also get a email off PayPal confirming your order If you have not receive any please check your spam prior to contacting us.

Where Is My Order?

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
Please allow sufficient time for this (especially during busier periods...Christmas, etc) plus delivery time.
Orders are dispatched either through My Hermes, Royal Mail, DPD , depending on the size of your order.
You will automatically be sent a tracking email from our carrier at the time of dispatch.

If your order has not been delivered then please ensure you use the tracking information provided from the carrier to deliver your order,
prior to contacting us.
In the event of not receiving your order from the courier... missing orders will always be replaced and not refunded.
This is because of the nature of your item being personalised. Your order cannot be resold as it is personalised once it has been returned to us by the courier.
Personalised orders or orders that have gone missing in delivery are not covered by our returns policy unless we have made a mistake on your order.

Need your order In a Hurry?

We have an DPD Express 24hour delivery option for £9.99.
Orders must be received before midday, for next day delivery.
This does exclude weekends and bank holiday delivery, (Monday to Friday only)
This does not include overseas or remote postcodes. (See the delivery page for details)

My Order Has Arrived Damaged!

We're very sorry you have received your order damaged. It is very important to us that you receive your gift in perfect condition and will do our best to rectify any damage but please remember damage does sometimes occur during transit. Refunds will not be given on damaged items they will always be replaced due to the item being personalised. Please send proof of damage through our contact page with at least 3 photo's as proof so that we can make a claim from the courier that delivered your parcel. Replacement orders will be sent out with the courier that you have previously paid for i.e if you have paid £3.99 it will be delivered within 3-4 working days. If 24 hour delivery is required a further charge of £6.00 will be requested.  The quickest  and easiest way to solve the problem would be to send us a photograph of the damage. Please go to our contact page where you will be able to tell us of any problems and upload photo's.
